Content Update Request: We have a new video on our YouTube Channel. Can you please embed this video on our Home page?
Response: Sure, your video looks great! We’ll get this update on our schedule and contact you when it’s complete.

Question: I just heard from a colleague that small businesses need to buy more Google Adwords to get found, and that Google Adwords trump organic searches. Will organic searches and original content be things of the past because of Adwords? Let me know your professional opinion on these industry changes.
Response: Hi, I don’t think it’s an either or but rather both and. One is a short-term approach and the other long-term. Adwords are great for clients that run the campaign correctly but with PPC as soon as you stop paying your traffic stops. Organic results are slow and steady that you build up over time and much harder to suddenly lose ranking unless you start doing black-hat tactics that Google flags. In my opinion Google still values good content and good user experience.

Tech Support Request: We just installed a new plugin and the background on our footer disappeared. Can you take a look at this issue?
Response: Sure, no problem we can take a look at fixing your issue this afternoon.

Content Update Request: We’re adding a new service to our business. Can you create a new page with the text and photos attached and upload it to our Services menu?
Response: Glad to hear your business is expanding! We can add this new page within the next 7 business days.

Tech Support Request: Please help! We clicked an update button on the backend of WordPress and now our site Menu is all mixed up. See attached screen shot. Thanks in advance for fixing this!
Response: Hi, got your request and just forwarded it onto our Tech Support Rep. I’ll get back to you as soon as it’s fixed.

Content Update Request: It’s time to freshen up our homepage a bit. Attached are 2 new photos to be added to our home page slide show. Also, can you please remove the slide for our Spring Special.
Response: Sure, we can take care of this change!

Example requests outside your Maintenance plan

Request: It’s been a few years since we made any changes to our site and I heard a mobile site is important. Can you make our site mobile-friendly?
Response: Your right! Google actually ranks your site based on the user experience you deliver to mobile devices. We can write a proposal to convert your site be Responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Request: We’re planing to update our company image with a new brand in the Spring. Can you redesign our site with this new look?
Response: We’d love to help out with your redesign. We’ll send you an estimate for this work.

Request: We decided to start selling our products online but we’ll only have 3 or 4 products to start. Can you add that feature to our site this week?
Response: Sure, we can add that feature but won’t be able to implement it in one week. We’ve designed eCommerce sites for a number of other clients so we can certainly add this feature. The most complicated part of this project is setting up a Secure Payment Gateway such as Paypal to handle the purchase and then setting up a Shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We’ll send you an estimate for this new feature.
